Friends of the Dinosaur Expeditions Centre
We are a Charity set-up by a group of supporters, volunteers and fossil enthusiasts. The Friends help to support the centre by providing volunteers, fundraising and are responsible for our fossil and palaeoart collections; providing a guarantee they will be held in trust for the benefit for the community into the future.
The Dinosaur Explorers Club
The club helps younger fossil enthusiasts (from 5-17 years old) to find out more about fossils. They hold monthly meetings at the Centre where members can show their latest fossil finds to each other, go on Fossil Trips, get practical tips on looking after and identifying fossils and learn about the latest discoveries.
Joining the Friends of the Dinosaur Expeditions Centre gives members the opportunity to get involved in new fossil discoveries, make new friends and make a difference in our understanding of the dinosaurs and other fossils of the Island's prehistoric past.
